As with all programming languages, we see the prefernces of the programmer in the various code examples that have been offered. This is probably Pascal, because in C there is no repeat..while loop. This code would just make an infinite loop not doing anything, since is a code comment. In Mother's day, there are also some programming language jokes.. Did you mean, that it was really hard to write in spite of the fact that it's so stupid?

This was before the big cross stitch revolution in England, and I didn’t have anyone I knew cross stitching, or even crafting. I found myself bored again the other day so I figured I might as well make a pattern of Home Sweet Goto 10 picture that Fry and Bender had in 'I, Roommate'. Not sure if this would be of any use to anyone else but I know I'm going to do it up in cross stitch and have it hanging in my house! Mostly so I can see the looks on peoples faces when they look at it and say "What the Hell" and my computer buddies will just kinda shake their head at me and laugh. I think it's a great little sight gag they put in that ep.
It wouldn't take very long for me to do and would be fairly cheap to buy the supplies and such. And as will all programming lanugages there are about as many ways to approach it as there are people offering opinions. Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. That's why I started watching it all over again the other day... Heck we could go nuts and read hex code that corrisponds to the ASCII codes of each of the characters, and read that out of a seperate data file.... I didn't know it had been said already, or I wouldn't have posted it at all.

VIEWIC is cool because "VIEWIC Identifies Ellipsis When It Can" contains ellipsis. Also, it's antecedent-contained ellipsis, so it forms another infinite loop. BTW, If anyone actually wants this done up as a cross stitch, lemme know.
As you can see from the above screenshot, Futurama made a simple joke using the ‘home sweet home’ cross stitch in its first season when Fry and Bender get an apartment. But teenage me, who fell head over heels for Futurama didn’t quite get it. Clearly, you were meant to understand. Until a lot of lewd jokes that might go over your head, this was a joke that was clear as day, begging you to laugh. Before I started cross stitching back in 2001, I knew of cross stitch.

I think, it'd give a better idea of what kind of person you are. Is that the one where Fry stays with Bender for awhile and finds out there is a whole luxurious suite just through a doorway? If so, then I remember it...I'll have to pay closer attention when I borrow the DVD's. Sadly, despite the many patterns out there for this, none were perfect.
Some 20 years later, when rewatching Futurama I knew I had to stitch this up. But I want to go slightly further back to tell this story. Matt Groening, the creator of the Simpsons and Futurama, has regularly made nods to needlework in the past. In fact, Marge Simpson cross stitches, which we covered in our Celebrities That Cross Stitch post, but it was always something that someone was doing. It was never the main joke itself. But then Futurama comes along.
